How to speak and type on your mobile phone 

Follow following steps on your ANDROID Mobile phone

1. Go to Settings

2. select Key KEYBOARD AND INPUT METHOD option

3. In Manage Keyboard select Gboard 

    Install it from play store  if not available on your phone

4. Set Google Voice Typing option on

5. In any editor while typing Text  select following option

1. You can directly type in whatsApp  text message or any other apps text editor.

2. Use Google keep to write and compile your articles. You can install it from play store

The advantage is that then you can edit it from your mobile and laptop as well

3. You can use Google Doc as well to manage and Compile  BIG articles.

The success of Digitalization of your Organization whether it is a professional organization or Social organization or cooperative organization is depends on 

1.Mindset of the stake holders: Stake holders (Directors,Chairman, President) plays important role as they are going to approve the funds for the project and without funds nothing move in the right direction. So first stake holders should be convinced that digitalization is important and required for their organization.

2. Right selection of the technology solution : Now a days mobile app is buzz word. Everybody is talking about mobile app and many think having mobile app for their business will solve their all problems.  But honestly think on following point.

"Out of all mobile apps installed on your mobile how many you are opening regularly."

Very few mobile app we use regularly

And installing unsecured mobile app can be risky.

So in my opinion progressive web app or cloud solution is better option than mobile app. Then if required Mobile app can be added as a service app for your progressive web app or cloud solution.

3.Right and skilled users : The success of the system is depends on the timely uptdated data in the system. So always give right system traning to users who are going to use the system to update the data or to view the reports.

4. Data security and ownership : Whatever cloud system you build or subscribe for use, you should know where all data will get stored and who will have access to it. How you can backup and store the data for future use.

Online AGM

  

Conducted an online AGM for housing Societies with managing online Agenda Point Voting and AGM attendance.

It was a great experience for me as well as society members who joined online to attend the online AGM through Zoom Meeting.

I have developed an Online Agenda Point Voting Solution 

One society discussed a very interesting point on Implementing a Solar PV system project.

Very professionally they discussed the entire project and we conducted voting on two pints.

I liked their ideas of implementing the Solar PV system project. 

Our Society also implemented  Grid Connected roof-mounted 10 KW system and we are saving a handsome amount on the monthly MSEDCL bill.

Every society should think of implementing a Solar System project.
